I haven’t had many positive experiences with real estate agents so I was a skeptic when I hired Katina to help sell my home after my wife and I divorced. Fortunately, Katina was a breath of fresh air. Her communication was very good and helped bridge the gap between my ex-wife and I.

I wasn’t sure if I would be selling the home occupied or vacant, and the stager (Paola) was kind enough to lay out options for each circumstance.

When I started getting offers, Katina did a lot of research on the buyers and their financial situation, and helped explain the costs and benefits of each offer, which made me feel well-informed of the potential risks and confident in my decisions.

After my last agent didn’t show up for closing on my previous home sale, I was relieved to see Katina was at the title company early and prepared to walk me through all the closing procedures and paperwork.

Where does one begin… at the beginning I suppose. Katina is the perfect combination of wise, experienced, honest, kind, caring, and badass. It began with the sage recommendations of pricing the property, which is not an easy thing in the volatile markets of today. Then came the exquisite marketing materials and helping us plan the timing of going on the market. Offer reviews, including what is “too good to be true.” Contracting, inspections, closing, and all of the bits and pieces in between. Even going so far as to take care of post-closing items most realtors would not consider “their job.” I simply cannot find words to say how highly I recommend Katina and her team, but I shall try; Highest marks! Katina is the best to work with! During the crazy times of a pandemic, where homes would be listed and under contract within a single weekend Katina still made us feel as if we where her most important clients! She actually got to know what we liked and didn’t like in a home. She knew us like the back of her hand and would even go scout out homes without us, and know if it was worth our time to see them in person. There were so many times during the process where we felt so helpless due to the craziness of the market, but Katina was able to guide us through the rough waters, and actually calms us with her wisdom and expertise. We picked such a crazy time to sell our townhouse, and upgrade to a single family home, and there is no doubt without Katina guiding us every step of the way we would not be in our wonderful home we are today.
